    I doh even make cheese sauce without cream of mushroom anymore. Alyuh cause that.

    Cream of Celery too.

    sounds good meng!
    but the sauce is not really a cheese sauce eh. if yuh notice (unless i type something wrong) is just a savory sauce. de cheese is just the top alone. but makin a cheese sauce and then topping it with parmesan is a good idea.

    Well done. I trying this very soon. Cauliflower is a staple in here.

    I will try corn flour instead of normal flour in the cheese sauce too. I usually add a Maggi garlic & onion cube to my sauce, though. And I would want to add the mushroom soup to this as well.

    Instead of the grated cheddar, which lookin a little bit like overkill to this fatman, I will sprinkle some parmesan…not too much.

    And I mean…I wouldn't lie tuh yuh, quincy. I know the benefits of fewer ingredients, but I like to pack up a pot. I could see myself throwing in some diced carrots, some corn, even some tomato slices on top. Black olives? Probably not…

    I will provide a picture of my version upon completion.
