this was the most difficult blog entry i've made so far. i was snap happy at the event, but also consumed by the activity itself. you just want to try to do everything. jason was a great facilitator who made everybody feel as though they were pro chefs. no intimidation. pure encouragement. i give him full points.

the session itself, in a time when value for money hardly exists, was well worth it. apart from drinks and hors d'oeuvres available to keep you going until lunch is served, you're not only eating a restaurant quality meal, but you're learning how to make it AND ACTUALLY MAKING IT RIGHT THERE.

this ranks very very high on my list. i plan to be back.
