Shanghai is the lamest place for dim sum. No variety, slow trollies, just boring as shite. Lol. As a Chinese-Trinidadian, I've been dragged to too many Chinese restaurants on a Sunday morning to "yum cha" and Eagles in Woodbrook is THE best place to go. Another thing, it real rough to take vegetarians and non-pork eaters to dim sum, for real =/.

    dim sum king…
my experience was good. i’ve heard people say they thought the food was too oily, but that wasn’t the case when we went. apparently, if you go when it’s not crowded like on the sunday we tried it, the food is better. what was outstanding about their stuff was that it was very well seasoned.

there are also a few other spots in the pos area that serves up a pretty good dim sum, however, each has its own ‘culture’. Kam wah hosts one dim sum per month; Hong Kong City doesnt have english menus, and Eagles on the Avenue..well, the fish balls tastes just like the beef balls, and something just not right about that..however, you do get a real chinese mafia feel when u go there..all in all, its a fun expereince!
